Cindy was a Founding Leader and Executive Director at Stella & Dot, a fashion accessories brand based out of San Francisco. She helped the company grow to $300M in annual sales and managed a team of 3,600 stylists across three countries. Cindy has also mentored and coached many female entrepreneurs in start-up ventures.

At Jump Start Sports, Cindy oversees all franchise operations, including marketing, technology, and support for the rapidly growing franchise business.
