Lori Hart, the creator of the name Jump Start Sports, has been part of the company since 2002. Working alongside her husband, Rick Hart, Founder & CEO, she has handled administration, staffing, bookkeeping, and strategic planning.

Lori began her career as a consultant and advanced to a management position in health care at Ernst & Young. Her extensive experience makes her a valuable asset to Jump Start Sports' emerging franchise system, where she oversees all aspects of financial management, including planning and compliance.

Lori and Rick have three adult children. Her involvement in their activities growing up exemplified Jump Start Sports' mission of enriching kids’ lives through sports participation.
